I've been working to support families for the past 17 years and I've been a licensed clinical counsellor / family therapist for the past 13.
Over that time I've worked with all sorts of families in all kinds of environments, from public housing to gated communities; and I've noticed some common building blocks are needed to support any child's mental health.
